Lyndi spent years doing what she was genuinely good at — training leaders inside some of the world's biggest companies.

Microsoft UK and USA were her main clients from 2001 to 2008. She ran intensive three-day leadership programmes that pushed people well beyond their comfort zones and ran two companies across the UK and USA.

The results were real. But something nagged at her: some people were transformed forever, and others slipped back.

What if the change could be physical? Lasting? Undeniable? That question led her to scuba diving — and eventually to a video that changed everything.

The moment she saw what scuba therapy could do for people with disabilities, she didn't deliberate. She acted. She got on the phone to Florida, built the partnerships, and brought the concept to Australian shores.

Today Lyndi leads every aspect of The Scuba Gym — in the water, on the pool deck, in funding conversations, and on stage.

She has spoken at disability expos and international dive shows, telling the story of what happens when you take away gravity and give a person back their body.

She is a Bronze Medallion Trainer at Umina SLSC, a Duke of Edinburgh Award Leader, and a fiercely passionate advocate for every single person who walks through the door.

Her philosophy is simple: believe in your clients more than they believe in themselves — and then get underwater and prove it.
